So I suppose it's no big deal then if this site closes? Without alot more members OR really big donations that's what will happen.

How hard is it to say "Hey you play video games? Check out this site."

If people don't care, why do they bother coming here? People care, RIGHT?

I know some of you made an effort that I know of and I'm sure you all want to see the site last, so why do you think people are "lazy"? Is it the site? I read the feedback in what's your opinion of the new site and it's all positive. I WANT to make some changes when the $$ is there to do so, so PLEASE tell me, how can this site become sucessful? What are the changes that I can impliment to help you help me increase members?

Just need to find the site's niche/core competency. Why would people come here instead of going to a bigger site such as ign or gamespot? I come here because of the open mindedness of people that don't refer every cool game that comes out to FF7. Thought it was good, but must everyone always bring it up when every single game comes out. That's what it is. I know money is tight too, but they need some sort of incentive. The main problem is people aren't joining so how do we make them join?

I'm sure everyone tried to get people to join. 
Why don't you use the GS recruitment forums or make a vid to advertize the site on YouTube? 
You could even have a competition to make an advertizing vid.

Alpha I certainly ment no offense, if I did please forgive me. You and everyone else who takes the time out of thier day to come here is an honor. When I said

I ment it. If I had 100 members like you guys the site would be set! My question is HOW do we do it. I don't think the problem is with you, I think the problem is with me, I take responsibility if this site fails. All I'm saying is IF you guys LIKE coming here, help me make HERE last.

I do not have the equipment to make a video for you tube, is that something you'd be willing to do? It is a very good idea. I also was not aware I could go on the recruitment forums to advertise a outside site, I will check into it.

Anyway, I'm sure there are better video creators on the site than me to make a vid o YouTube.  Thats why I suggested a competition.
